Logging In to 788JL
Getting back into your 788JL account is quick. On any device — whether you are on your phone in Cebu or at your desktop in Quezon City — just open the 788JL website or app, enter your registered username or mobile number along with your password, and you are in.
If it is your first time logging in on a new device, you may be asked to verify your identity via an OTP sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. This is a standard security check and only takes a moment to complete. Once verified, the device can be remembered for future sessions.
If you are having trouble logging in — whether it is a forgotten password, a locked account, or an unrecognised device — the fastest path to resolution is through our 24/7 support team. They can verify your identity and help you regain access securely.
Tip: Always make sure you are on the official 788JL website before entering your credentials. Check the address bar and look for the secure padlock icon.
Keeping Your Login Secure
Your account security starts with your login habits. A few practices go a long way toward keeping your 788JL account safe:
- Use a password that is unique to 788JL — do not reuse passwords from other sites or apps.
- Make your password at least eight characters long with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Never share your password, username, or OTP with anyone — including people who claim to be 788JL staff. We will never ask for this information outside of the official login screen.
- Always log out when using a shared device, such as a computer in an internet café or a borrowed phone.
- If you think your account may have been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately so we can lock the account and investigate.
On our end, all 788JL sessions are SSL-encrypted, and our team actively monitors for unusual login patterns. If we detect activity that does not match your normal behaviour, we may temporarily restrict access until your identity is confirmed.
Logging In on the 788JL App
The 788JL mobile app is available for download and works on both Android and iOS. Once installed, login works the same way as the desktop version — enter your credentials and you are taken straight to your account dashboard.
Many players prefer the app for sports betting during live games. The loading times are faster, the interface is optimised for touchscreens, and push notifications can alert you to score changes and betting window closures during events like PBA games and international football matches.
If you have not downloaded the app yet, visit our Download page to get the latest version. The same account you use on the website works on the app — no need to register again.
